Introduction

Most recently, Jon served as a Transaction Manager with the CBRE Corporate Services Group working directly at the Pfizer Corporate Real Estate Department in New York City. Key responsibilities included oversight of strategy, internal communications, negotiations, financial analysis, corporate approvals and interaction with the Real Estate partner.

Previously, Jon was a Transaction Manager with Guardian Life Insurance Company of America headquartered in New York City. As part of the facilities/corporate real estate team Jon handled all aspects of Corporate Real Estate from budgeting to site selection, negotiations to financial analysis and project management to problem solving. Other prior experience includes as a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield in Stamford, CT. 
 
Three words describe Jon’s mantra and approach to professional and personal life. The three P’s. Passion, Persistence and Personal Service.

Determined and focused on commercial real estate as a career, Jon enjoys the art of deal making and negotiating on behalf of his client/employer. In a world where who you know is equally as important as what you know, Jon thrives on building relationships, making connections, and saving a company money.

Professionally, Jon possesses an eclectic corporate and political career spanning a variety of industries, including commercial real estate, retail, economic development, tourism and government. As a result he has developed an ability to understand both the public and private side of business allowing him to get the most out of several industries.

Civically, Jon has been involved in government and community affairs, as a political activist, candidate, and leader. Additionally, he has volunteered for historical and youth oriented organizations in southern Connecticut.

Lastly, Jon will leave no stone unturned on the road to accomplish his goals. Jon has the faith, drive, persistence, imagination, organized planning, decision making ability, and eagerness to learn to help him achieve both personal and professional success.
